Using KrayoFit
By creating an account and using KrayoFit, you agree to use the service lawfully and keep your account credentials secure. Eligibility and age rules for launch markets must be finalized before these terms take effect.
Your activity and content
KrayoFit helps you create habits, log workouts, and join Arcs. You are responsible for the information and actions you enter. You may use the app for your personal purposes, subject to applicable law and these terms.
Free service and billing
Core tracking is currently free. No website purchase, live subscription, trial or paid entitlement is offered now. If paid features launch later, the purchase screen and updated terms will state the price, billing period, renewal, cancellation, refund, and restore details.
Optional AI suggestions
Plan Studio suggestions are optional starting points. Review and adjust any suggestion before using it. AI output may be incomplete or unsuitable for you, and the manual tracking experience remains available without AI.
Health and fitness
KrayoFit is a general wellness and organization tool. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Choose activities appropriate for your circumstances and seek qualified professional advice when needed.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit content that violates others' rights or applicable law.
Intellectual property
KrayoFit's app, branding, and original content belong to their respective rights holders. You retain responsibility for the personal content you enter; using the service grants only the permissions needed to operate it.
Availability and account closure
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, subject to applicable law. You can permanently delete your account in the app or through the web deletion path. We may restrict an account for misuse with appropriate notice where required.
Liability and local law
Service availability, warranty limitations, liability limits, consumer rights, and governing law must be reviewed for each launch jurisdiction. Nothing in these draft terms is intended to remove rights that applicable law does not permit us to waive.

A monitored legal/support contact and operator postal address must be added before publication.
